Gingerbread Biscotti
This recipe is a great combination of Cranberries and almonds paired with a great gingerbread flavor.
Serving Size: 2 dozen
Total Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
Large-sized eggs 3
Sugar 1 cup
Canola oil 1/3 cup
Molasses cup
All-purpose flour 3 cups
Baking powder 3 teaspoons
Ground ginger 3 teaspoons
Ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons
Ground nutmeg teaspoon
Silvered slmonds cup
Dried cranberries cup
Instructions:
1- Start by preheating a baking oven at 350 degrees F.
2- Using a large-sized bowl, combine oil, eggs, molasses, and sugar. Continue beating until the mixture turns out to be blended well.
3- In another bowl, combine nutmeg, ginger, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
4- Gradually whisk the dry mixture into the eggy mixture.
5- Shift the mixture to a floured surface.
6- Add in almonds and cranberries.
7- Divide the dough into two halves.
8- Shape each shape into a rectangular shape.
9- Transfer the shapes to a greased baking sheet.
10- Shift the dough into the preheated baking oven until it turns out to be light brown taking 24-25 minutes.
11- Set aside and wait until cool taking 5 minutes.
12- Shift the baked rectangles to a cutting board.
13- With the help of a serrated knife, chop down each rectangle into 18 sticks.
14- Place the chopped sides down on a greased baking sheet.
15- Shift the chopped Biscotti sticks into the baking oven and bake until firm and crispy taking 10-15 minutes.
16- Remove from the oven and shift to the wire racks to cool down.
17- Store in an airtight container.
Cranberry Biscotti
These Cranberry biscottis are one of the best gifts to be presented in gifts.

Ingredients:
Large-sized eggs at room temperature 3
Baking powder teaspoon
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Baking soda teaspoon
Salt teaspoon
Ground almonds 1 cup
Dried and chopped cranberries as you like
Instructions:
1- Start by preheating the baking oven to 350 F.
2- Using a large-sized bowl, combine sugar, vanilla, and eggs altogether. Mix well until blended.
3- Using another bowl, combine baking powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
4- Gradually add eggs to the mixture and whisk.
5- Add finely ground almonds and cranberries. Make sure that the mixture is stiff.
6- Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into two parts.
7- Place each part of the dough into a rectangular shape on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
8- Place the pan into the preheated baking oven and bake for 25 minutes until it turns out to be lightly browned.
9- Once the baking is done, remove it from the oven and set it aside on wire racks to cool down.
10- Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
11- Shift the baked rectangles to a cutting board.
12- With the help of a serrated knife, chop the rectangles diagonally into half-inch sticks.
13- Place the sticks onto a baking pan with the cut sides down.
14- Shift the pan into the baking oven and start baking until they turn out to be lightly brown, taking 8-10 minutes on each side.
15- Remove the pans from the oven, set them aside on the wire racks to cool down.
16- Store in an airtight container for long use.
Brownie Biscotti
The brownie biscotti recipe is a treat for chocolate lovers with chocolate chips and white chocolate.
