Ingredients:

  • all-purpose flour (2 cups)
  • baking soda (1 teaspoon)
  • table salt ( teaspoon)
  • unsalted butter ( cup, room temperature)
  • light brown sugar (1 cup)
  • granulated sugar ( cup)
  • eggs (2 large)
  • pure vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
  • white chocolate chips ( cup)
  • macadamia nuts ( cup, chopped)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, sift or whisk together in the baking soda, flour and salt.

3. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed or a wooden spoon, and mix both sugar and butter until light and creamy.

4. This will take about 3 minutes if using an electric mixer or 5 to 6 minutes if creaming by hand.

5. Add the vanilla

6. and eggs and beat until combined. Add all the dry ingredients and beat on low speed or by hand until the dough comes together.

7. Use a rubber spatula, fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.

8. Using a medium (1-tablespoon) cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls and drop them 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.

9. For 12 to 13 minutes bake until the edges are golden brown.

10. Let the cookies rest on the cookie sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

  • pure vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • old-fashioned rolled oats (1 cups)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine the sugar and butter in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring, once the butter has melted to a smooth consistency. Take the butter mixture from the heat and whisk in the salt and flour.

3. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract until incorporated. Stir in the oats.

4. Using a small (1-tablespoon) cookie scoop, scoop the dough into balls and drop them 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.

Ingredients:

  • unsalted butter ( cup, room temperature)
  • all-purpose flour (1 cups)
  • baking powder ( teaspoon)
  • table salt ( teaspoon)
  • cream cheese (8 ounces, room temperature)
  • granulated sugar (1 cups)
  • confectioners sugar ( cup)
  • egg (1 large)
  • pure vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the salt, baking powder, and flour together.

3. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together the butter, sugars and both cream cheese until light and creamy.

4. This will take about 3 minutes.

5. Add the vanilla and egg in to the mixture and mix until it is incorporate.

6. Add the dry ingredients then beat the contents on low speed or by hand until the dough comes together.

7. Use a cookie scoop (one that holds about 1 tablespoons) to create balls of dough. Place them on your sheet, 2 inches apart.
