Sauce with Nuts

Ingredients:
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 8 almonds
  • 8 pecans
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 oz avocado oil
  • 1 bread slice
Preparation method:
Grease a baking dish with avocado oil.
Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into small pieces. Peel all the garlic cloves.
Place all of them on the baking dish.
Roast them in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 350 o F.
Meanwhile, take a pan and heat 1-ounce avocado oil. Roast the nuts in it.
Then put everything in a blender. Pulse to form a smooth mixture.
Serve it with grilled potatoes or use it as a salad dressing.
Taco Dip

  • 2 oz parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 oz olives
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
Preparation method:
Grate the cheeses. Cut the olives into thin slices.
Chop the tomatoes and onion into small pieces.
Peel and mince the garlic clove.
Put the taco seasoning in the cream cheese. Whisk it.
Add the tomatoes, onion, olive slices, and garlic to it.
Transfer this mixture to a flat dish.
Spread a layer of cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on top.
Keep the dish in the fridge for an hour and then serve with tacos.
Cilantro Dip

  • 1 raw mango
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Cut the raw mango into small pieces.
Chop cilantro coarsely. Peel the garlic cloves.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
Blend to make a smooth dip.
Serve with fried snacks or as a side dish.
Mixed Fruit Dip

  • 2 oz cream wafers
Preparation method:
Peel and grate the pear and apple. Cut the banana into small pieces.
Crumble the cream wafers.
Whisk the heavy cream and honey together.
Add marshmallow fluff to the cream mixture.
Then put the grated pear and apple. Stir to combine.
Spread a layer of crumbled cream wafers on top.
Place the dish in the fridge.
Serve after an hour.

Whisk the heavy cream and icing sugar to make a smooth mixture.
Cut the cashews into small pieces.
Put the cashews, almond slivers, and vanilla essence in the whisked cream mixture.
Take a large bowl and put a layer of strawberries in it.
Spread a layer of the cream mixture on them.
Then put another layer of strawberries.
Put the remaining cream mixture on top of them.
Keep the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour and then serve.
Paneer and Parsley Spread

Grate the paneer. Chop the parsley, onion, and tomatoes into small pieces.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, except the paneer. Mix well.
Then add the paneer and stir gently.
