Chicken parmesan

Trim the fat off the chickens and cut in half lengthwise.
Mix the olive oil and egg whites.
In the second bowl, mix the parmesan and bread crumbs.
Prepare a baking sheet by spray with cooking spray. Cover the chicken breasts in the egg mixture.
Cover the chicken with the parmesan mixture and spray the top with cooking spray.
Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
Remove, flip, and add the pasta sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and bake until cheese melts.
Tuna patties
If you are tired of the tasteless recipes, this is a good choice. The tuna patties are incredibly delicious and can be prepared ahead. Enjoy them with your favorite salad or high-protein bread.

Ingredients
6 oz tuna, canned in water, drained
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 egg whites
teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
salt to taste
Instructions
Leave out the mozzarella and mix all the other ingredients.
Spray a pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Add half of the mixture to the pan and flatten it to shape the patties.
Fry until brown. Remove and top with cheese.
Salmon sheet pan
If you dont like to struggle with dirty dishes, this recipe is a good choice. The aromatic salmon is prepared in only one sheet pan, so you will save so much time while enjoying a delicious meal.

Ingredients
12 oz green beans end trimmed
1 bunch asparagus ends trimmed
1 tablespoons of lemon-herb seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
20 oz salmon
1 lemon sliced into rounds
Sauce:
1 tablespoon lemon zest
cup yogurt
teaspoon dry dill
teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Drizzle olive oil and half of the seasoning over the asparagus and green beans.
Add into sheet pan together with the lemon slices.
Cut the salmon into four pieces and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle the remaining lemon-herb seasoning and bake for 15 minutes. Let the salmon rest for five minutes. In the meantime, mix the sauce ingredients. Serve with the sauce.
Lime shrimp
