If you have kept yourself surrounded with the latest celebrity and diet news, then you have most definitely stumbled upon a word known as Clean Eating.

But heres the thing, what does exactly Clean Eating mean?

Well, the answer is elementary!

Unlike most of the diets out there, a Clean Eating diet does not try to enforce a bucket load of dietary restrictions!
