One of the reasons I embarked on this subject was honestly because my birthday had become rather mundane and routine over the years. There were no real surprises, no big to-dosjust normal routines. Now, thats not the way anyones bir thday should progress! But how could that be changed?
One way to solve the problem personally was to first step back and recognize the specialness of the day. From there, it was just a short leap to activating that potential to make the day truly special, moment to moment.
