I would not be where I am today in the crochet world without help and support from two of my favorite colleagues and crochet idols: Danyel and Emily. Thank you both for working so tirelessly on this collection and sharing your knowledge, experience, and friendship. Many thanks are also due to my family; my love for you, and yours for me, is bliss! Finally, thanks to Stackpole Books and my wonderful friend there, Candi; you are a joy to work with, and I appreciate you!
Salena and Emily are two of my very favorite people in the crochet world and in real life. It has been such a pleasure working and crocheting with these two amazing women. Thank you both for your encouragement and inspirationbut most of all, for your friendship! I love you both very much. I also need to thank my husband, children, and parents; they have always been supportive of my crochet career, never once complained about having to try on my designs, and have the good sense to ignore the piles of yarn stashed around the house.
A crochet friend is a forever friend.
Danyel and Salena are my crochet friends; they have encouraged me and cheered me on for years. I have looked up to them and admired them all that time, and it is such a privilege to be included in this collection with them. Thank you both for your support, for your friendship, and for keeping it real. Im grateful to my dear husband and children for their support through some long hours, and to my sister and sister-in-law for being my gorgeous photography models.Emily Truman
