I decided to NOT take any drugs, which meant I had to control my blood flow with food, supplements, and exercise. With Sheilas help, I was able to accomplish that. I had been on a specific food and supplement regime for a couple of years before meeting Sheila. However, when I found out how knowledgeable she is, I decided to go on her 90 day protocol. I felt as though I just needed to do MORE to get my body in optimum balance. After taking several blood and other tests, Sheila created a custom program for me.

She gave me specific foods and supplements to take to get ALL of my numbers down to (or up) to where they needed to be. When we first started I had some plaque, sugar crystals, radical white cells, and a couple of other issues that needed to be handled. Sheila has cooked some of her recipes for me.
