As a registered dietitian, I regularly work with people who have high blood pressure and want to make dietary changes rather than add on more medications. With the DASH diet, theres a wonderful balance with foods from all food groups. The focus of DASH is on what foods we can add into our daily routine, rather than drastically cutting out entire food groups. This makes DASH a great, sustainable way of eating!

This cookbook means so much to me because I know the incredibly positive impacts dietary changes can have on health. As I gathered information and recipes for this book, I remembered encouraging clients to make essential nutrition changes to lead healthier lives. Knowledge is key, and in this book, youll learn evidence-based, reliable nutrition guidance on lowering blood pressure through dietary choices.
