Even though all people know how harmful this food type is, its still in every refrigerator throughout the civilized world. Why? Because its too cheap not to be bought. Not to mention that so many people are addicted to snacks, sweets, sodas, and juices (or other foods/drinks rich in sugar).

    As you can imagine, this eating habit doesnt have a positive effect on your body and its functions. One of the bodys most important functions is inflammation, which is the bodys reaction to toxins, injuries, or infections. Its just something related to your immune system. However, when your body doesnt have a proper response, this function has a negative side effect, as it influences your organs and tissues. When the response takes even more than that, keeping your body in a state of alert, the inflammation becomes chronic. In time, chronic inflammation can negatively affect your organs and tissues, so it has to be avoided in the long run.
