Actor and Writer Yolanda Mercy

Yolanda trained at the Brit School, Laban, and Central School of Speech and Drama. She is the Underbelly Untapped Award recipient 2017, Artist to Watch 2017 by the British Council and Associate Artist at OvalHouse. Her writing has also been featured in Huffington Post.

Actor credits include: On The Edge of Me (Soho Theatre & UK tour); The Street Scene (Young Vic); Bow Down (The Opera Group); The Kilburn Passion (Tricycle Theatre) and Aladdin (Lyric Hammersmith).

Writing credits include: On The Edge of Me (Soho Theatre & UK tour); Divide and Rule (National Theatre Studio); His Life Matters (The Bush) and Gods of Atlantis (St James Theatre).

Director Jade Lewis

Jade is a Creative Associate at The Gate and recipient of the Boris Karloff Award.

Directing credits include: a profoundly affectionate, passionate devotion to someone (-noun) (Royal Court); The Convert (The Gate); 5 Years Down the Line (National Theatre Studio); On The Edge of Me (Soho Theatre & UK Tour); Followers (Southwark Playhouse); Venus/Mars (The Bush) and Blackta (Young Vic).

Dramaturg Jules Haworth

Jules is Education Producer at Soho Theatre. She is part of Soho Theatres Artistic team, considering new plays and shows for the stage and running workshops for young and emerging artists.

As a dramaturg Jules has worked on shows including: Brute by Izzy Tennyson (Ideas Tap Underbelly Award 2015, Underbelly); Muscovado by Matilda Ibini (Alfred Fagon Award 2015, Theatre 503); Villain by Martin Murphy (Offie Nomination 2017, Edinburgh Fringe Festival); On the Edge of Me by Yolanda Mercy (Soho Theatre & UK Tour) and Dust by Milly Thomas (The Stage Edinburgh Award 2017).
