Transfer to the fridge to chill and harden before slicing into squares.

As soon as the temperature registers 310 degrees F on a candy thermometer, remove from the heat, and put to one side to cool for 7-8 minutes. 7. Drizzle the beer mixture over the bark and return to the freezer to entirely set for 3-4 hours. 8. When set, break into random pieces.
