We all love the avengers and evidently their movies raked in some of the highest proceeds in this decade. The Iron Lamb

Picture this, as your taste buds fall from a skyscraper of pleasure to imminent culinary disinterest, they are caught midway by the Iron Lamb. Everyone cheers, your taste buds are happy and it is a good day for the people of the city of the tongue.

Ingredients

  • cup canola oil
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • cup sliced green onions
  • 15 lamb meatballs
  • 2 medium-sized avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken gravy
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 200

Heat canola oil in a frying pan then add garlic and onions and fry for 5 minutes. After this, add diced carrots and stir for another 5 minutes.

Transfer the onion mixture into another container

Transfer the meatballs into the frying pam and fry for 8 minutes or until golden.

After frying, transfer thee meatballs to the container containing the onion mixture. Add the gravy and the chili powder.

Sprinkle the avocado over the meatball mixture and smear some canola oil over the mixture and some ground black pepper.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove, allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 8 pig hocks
  • 450 grams of lamb shank
  • cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. thyme powder
  • tsp. nutmeg powder
  • Cooking salt

Directions

Put the pig hocks and lamb shank in a kettle, add enough water to cover them, add salt to taste and boil for 30 minutes then reduce heat to allow to simmer.

Continue cooking at low heat until meat becomes soft enough for a knife or fork to penetrate easily. Add more boiling water as the meat cooks to ensure the water level is allows above the meat until the meat is ready.

When the meat is ready, transfer it to a tray. Collect the meat broth removing any leftover bone or fat and keep aside. Allow all to cool.

Remove fat and bone from the meat and dice on the tray. Put the diced meat in the meat broth, boil then simmer and add salt to taste. The mixture is ready when it has a jelly-like texture.

When ready, add Apple Cider Vinegar, thyme and nutmeg powder and take off heat.

Spread uniformly into a bread pan, filling only slightly above half of the pan. Allow to cool on standing then refrigerate for 6 hours.

Remove from pan, double wrap in foil and refrigerate to store.

To serve, remove fat and cut into bits. Add extra salt and Apple Cider Vinegar if desired.

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. butter, divided
  • 5 medium-sized eggs
  • cup chopped parsley
  • cup chopped tomato
  • cup green onion
  • 500 grams of uncooked peeled, deveined shrimps
  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • Cooking salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Heat 1 tbsp. of butter and olive oil over medium-high heat. Pour egg in hot oil-butter mixture and allow to set evenly. Transfer eggs to another container.

Add remaining 2 tbsp. of butter to skillet. Then add rice, parsley, tomato, green onions and shrimp. Stir and cook for 7 minutes until shrimp turns pink.

Chop eggs into small pieces, add eggs to skillet, stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
