Add pork chops and shrimp to saucepan, stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Then add white wine and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove heat.

Stir in cabbage and allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Transfer lamb chops and potato into skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, cloves powder and onions powder. Fry for 6 minutes.

Add Spanish onion and fry for 3 minutes. Remove heat.

Whisk eggs, lettuce and potato mixture together in a bowl.

Pour egg-potato mixture back into skillet.

Place the skillet in oven and bake for 7 minutes until top is brown and centre is dry (toothpick test).

Serving size

Directions

Smear salad cream on all sides of fillets. Season with liquorice powder, almond flour, cinnamon powder, black pepper and salt.

Place a slice of lime on each fillet.

Preheat oven broiler.

Bake in broiler for 8 minutes.
