Transfer lamb chops and potato into skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, cloves powder and onions powder. Fry for 6 minutes.
Add Spanish onion and fry for 3 minutes. Remove heat.
Whisk eggs, lettuce and potato mixture together in a bowl.
Pour egg-potato mixture back into skillet.
Place the skillet in oven and bake for 7 minutes until top is brown and centre is dry (toothpick test).

- 4 lime slices
Serving size
Directions
Smear salad cream on all sides of fillets. Season with liquorice powder, almond flour, cinnamon powder, black pepper and salt.
Place a slice of lime on each fillet.
Preheat oven broiler.
Bake in broiler for 8 minutes.
