This book is dedicated to Don,
with my love
From conversations with clients, colleagues and friends, I know that the one thing everyone is desperately short of is TIME. Were rushed off our feet, spinning too many plates and even though wed love to make changes in our lives its hard to find the space to read and digest the books that can help us.
Thats why I wrote 52 Ways to Transform Your Life. If youre hungry for inspiration and motivation, but strapped for time, it offers fifty-two short Life Coaching Tips that are quick-to-read and easy to put into practice. Theyre packed full of practical ideas, resources and inspiration to help you to make positive changes in your life.
Theres a Tip for each week of the year. Many relate to significant dates in the calendar, so you can choose to start at Tip One (which offers a different perspective on New Year Resolutions) and work your way through to December or you might prefer to read the whole book in one go or dip in at random.
Whichever method you choose, each time you pick up the book youll read something that will help to shape your week encourage and energize you and perhaps inspire you to do things differently.
May this book be your catalyst for change!

What I love about Annabels tips is that they are always written in a very down to earth way. Because they are short and succinct, I am never too busy to read them. They are relevant, practical and usually very poignant. I often find myself nodding along as I read about her experiences and her tips on how to change things, small or large. Keep them coming!
Marcelle Samuels
I have a shelf full of personal development books that rarely get opened. Annabels tips are quick to digest, relevant and backed up with real life experience. Most of all they act as a trigger for me to slow down, take stock and begin to address something Ive been putting off!
Marie Clement, Elite Edge Marketing Consultants

They say that writing a book is a lonely business and in many ways thats true. But there are many people who have helped and supported me as Ive struggled to write and, critically, finish this book.
First and foremost my thanks to Don Hartridge who has read and edited these Tips so many times that Im surprised were still speaking. Im grateful for his careful eye and his ability to rein in my liberal use of adjectives.
As always, Im hugely grateful to my wonderful family for their love and support. In particular my aunt, Claire Lorrimer, for her help and advice; and my sister Roz Ivani , who spent many, many hours helping me with various aspects of this book.
Friends have offered invaluable practical and moral support along the way. My special thanks to Judi Goodwin, the late Lynne Walker (who I miss terribly) and to Sue Brown, Pam Drysdale and Joanna Saatchi. Without your support I may well have faltered. Thanks, too, to Annie Lionnet who, on that fateful March day in 2010, gave me the kick up the backside I needed to get started on this book.
Finally, to all those who have shared their experiences and offered help and advice on publishing: Michael Mann, Sarah Sutton, Kul Cuthbert, Jackee Holder, Sharon Eden, Karen Williams, TeeJay Dowe, Mindy Gibbons-Klein, Zoe Meyer and Jen Carter.
