Abstract
Breadth
The B r ea dth compo n e nt pr e s e nts an ov e rvi e w o f the his t o r ic a l evolut i on of thr e e organizational and systems (OS) the o ri e s developed by Mische, Linn, and Fisher . Mische presents theories on leadership, political communication, coalition building, youth partisanship and radicalization in organizations, and political mediation. Linn offers concepts regarding assessment standards, high-stakes accountability, performance, inclusion, safeguards, multiple indicators and consistent world-class metrics. Fisher developed principles on contingency based, management control systems in organizations, environmental, cultural strategies, social networks, resource sharing and output controls. Fisher has been cited most frequently by peer scholars and his works evolved to standards for organizations controls including internal controls (COSO) relating to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

OS components are depicted by the image below. Power is permeating throughout the organization. Where is the critical role of leadership and stewardship in this model?
Hatch, 2012 presents a model of organizations that contain a social structure, culture, technology, and a physical structure. Stakeholders in OS include strategic planners, educators, theologians, finance management, marketing, IT, operations, human resources, audit committee, board advisors, C-level management and communication staff. OS includes abstractions, chunking (of ideas or concepts), perspectives (normative, theoretical, best practices), modernism, symbolism, and postmodernism. (Cox, 2012)

The re port provides t he e vi d e n c e or p roof of OS theories . T he fac ts that may debunk some theories regarding OS as p a rt of th i s dis c uss i on. One artist sang about the chains that bind us in relationships, systems and reactions. OS KAM invites readers to think about the linkages, chains, OS connections and systems in our lives and the interventions that also mark our individual pathways. Some individuals feel chained to their systems.

A recent film, Imitation Game depicted the top secret code breaking team led by Alan Turing during WWII. A brilliant female mathematician beat her male peers in all tests (speed, accuracy, innovation) was called home (pressured) by family. The film showed team member fights, walk-outs, disagreements with the boss, and also, relaxing and socializing. The team manager, Alan Turing, was a brilliant mathematician and a prolific scientific writer (Turing, 1936, 1939,1950, Soare, 2009, Cooper and Leuwin, 2013) but had weaker social skills including not understanding jokes. OS include these real-world scenarios who embraced Turing computer innovations but, did not accept personal choices depicted in this film with tragic consequences. OS (theories) often demand that personal lives dont disrupt the system. As the reader progresses through this report remember these words of caution.
