You can drink it straight or add it to smoothies, and its excellent on cereal! If this bothers you, you can blanch them. E QUIPMENT blender sieve or cheesecloth bowl pitcher with lid (to store milk when done) spatula measuring cup Step 1: Blanching If your almonds do not have the skin on them, you can skip this step. Pour boiling water over almonds to cover them. After about 1 minute, drain and rinse under cold water. Pat dry and slip the skin off.
