Although commonly used in cereals, smoothies, and puddings, almond milk is a versatile dairy product for all types of cooking. Whether you are baking, broiling, or whipping up some delicious treat in your kitchen, almond milk is that extra oomph in your cooking.
When cooking with almond milk, there are a few pointers worth remembering. Almond milk with conveniently substitute whole milk ratio 1:1 or 2% milk in baking or cooking. However, it will also alter the baking time because it is lighter than regular milk.

- Maple syrup: 1 tablespoon

How to Cook:
Mix maple syrup, almond milk, and coconut milk in a saucepan and heat the mixture while stirring it occasionally.
Then mix the starch in a cup having of the milk; whisk the mixture until starch gets mixed and pour the mixture into the hot milk.
Cook the milk until it is thickened; then pour the milk into the bowl and allow cooling.
When the milk is at the temperature of 120 degrees F, sprinkle the yogurt starter on the surface of the cooled milk.
Whisk it until evenly combined, pour the milk into a canning jar, and cover it with the kitchen towel.
Place the covered jar overnight, undisturbed, until the yogurt is set.
Then remove the towel and serve after chilling the prepared yogurt.

How to Cook:
For making peanut layer, mix peanut flour, 3 tablespoons almond milk, 1 tablespoon butter and teaspoons vanilla extract in a bowl and form a thick paste of the ingredient s .

Now start making the chocolate chip truffles; pat 1 teaspoon peanut mixture and place the peanut in the center of it and make a ball of the mixture by rolling with both hand s .
Then take 1 teaspoon of the cocoa mixture, flatten the paste, then place the prepared peanut ball over it; and surround it completely with cocoa mixture paste.
Repeat the same procedure for the remaining cocoa and peanut mixtures.
Now dip all truffles in the prepared coating so that the truffles dont remain sticky.
Arrange the truffles on the serving plate.
