Introduction
Before we jump right into it, we have one point to clarify. Almond flour is different from almond meals. Almond flour is peeled and blanched before pulverizing, while almond meals are not before grinding. However, they both are packed with nutrients, and in this cookbook, we are using absolute almond meal, no mix, no additive, preservatives, or anything else. While trying to replicate the dishes of professional chefs, we have added crystal clear images to awaken your senses as you decide to cook these recipes.
