Recipes
1 - Alfredo Sauce
This is a creamy and rich Alfredo sauce recipe that combines butter, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. It is advisable to use freshly grated cheese to thicken the sauce and not make it grainy. However, if Parmesan cheese does not melt well, you can use Gruyere cheese instead.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients :
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- cup of butter
- cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- teaspoon salt
Procedure :
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan on medium-low heat.
Add the cream and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cheese, garlic, and salt, and quickly whisk. Whisking allows the garlic to cook well. Let it heal through.
Mix the parsley in and serve. If the sauce is not thick enough, allow it to sit for about 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
2 - Spinach and Basil Pesto
You can prepare this spinach and basil pesto sauce in an ice cube tray and freeze it. You can easily take the cubes out for a simple and fast pasta meal. Afterward, put the remaining sauce into your ice cube tray, cover it using plastic wrap, and freeze.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 24
Ingredients :
- tsp lemon zest
- 1 cups of baby spinach leaves
- tsp kosher salt
- cup of toasted pine nuts
- cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- cup of fresh basil leaves
- cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 peeled and quartered garlic cloves
- tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Procedure :
Combine the Parmesan cheese, basil, spinach, pine nuts, lemon zest, lemon juice, and 2 tbsp. olive oil in a food processor and blend until almost smooth. Scrape the sides as needed.
Add the rest of the olive oil while processing the mixture until it becomes smooth.
3 - Clam Sauce
Youll likely find this clam sauce recipe better than the ones youve tried from restaurants. You can enjoy this dish over linguine or with fresh garlic bread. It can also be served with hot pasta or as a pizza topping.

- 6 chopped garlic cloves
