Classic Spaghetti Sauce
Lets start with the classic tomato spaghetti sauce because it is the foundation of many pasta dishes. Here, you get to make it yourself, so youre assured of a healthier and tastier option than that of the store.

Cook Time: 32 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
tsp red chili flakes
cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
2. Stir in tomato paste and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Add crushed tomatoes, rinse container with cup of water and add to pot. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, red chili flakes, and basil. Stir well.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes or until sauce thickens.
5. Adjust taste with salt and black pepper. Serve with pasta.
Marinara Sauce
Marinara sauce is a favorite when it comes to pasta; hence, it should be made with authenticity. This recipe does without the additives to keep it as natural, healthy, and tasty as can be.

Cook Time: 24 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
cup extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
medium onion, finely chopped
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
1 tsp dried oregano
A pinch of red chili flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 large basil sprigs, fresh
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion and saut for 3 minutes or until tender.
3. Stir in garlic and cook for about 1 minute or until fragrant.
4. Add tomatoes and use a wooden spoon to break up tomatoes into small pieces. Rinse tomato can with cup of water and add to pot.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and red chili flakes
6. Stir in basil and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.
7. Remove basil sprig from sauce and serve with pasta.
Cheesy Marinara
If cheese is your plug, then this sauce will stay on your menu often. It is so tasty and has all that cheese and more to please you well.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
A pinch of red chili flakes
cup shredded fontina
cup shredded mozzarella
cup ricotta cheese
cup shredded Asiago
cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion and saut for 3 minutes or until tender.
3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
4. Add tomatoes and use a wooden spoon to break up tomatoes into small pieces. Rinse tomato can with cup of water and add to pot.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and red chili flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.
6. Stir in all cheeses until melted and creamy. Adjust taste with salt and black pepper.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta.
