Introduction
Bread making is a lifelong art, so were not even going to try to turn you into proper bakers overnight. However, we can certainly teach you all of the basics so you can start rolling out your own loaves at home like a pro home baker. But what happens when youre on a low-carb diet at the same time? Dont be discouraged; weve fixed that problem already! With a couple of keto-friendly recipes, your cravings for toast, burgers, hot dogs, subs, and anything else will be more than covered.
The Low-Carb Bakery is the only low-carb bread cookbook you will need with its 52 recipes to keep you eating all the bread you want while on a low-carb diet. Sure, it might require an extra effort to make these, as opposed to just paying for them at the store, but the results will be worth it. Besides, these are super easy to make and are way cheaper than anything you buy outside!
Weve got coconut-flour flatbread, flaxseed focaccia, almond-flour bread, gluten-free cereal, sugar-free bagels, and many more. The question is, how are we going to incorporate one of our recipes into your week? If you make enough bagels, you can prep them for the week and have all of your meals or dinners ready within a couple of hours. If you make English muffins, you can freeze them and just defrost them when youre craving one. The possibilities are endless, but we need to get started somewhere. So lets get baking! Good luck!
