Spice mix cake box- 18.25 ounces
Butterscotch pudding mix- 3.4 ounces
Water- 1 cup
Grated carrots- 2 cups
Oil- cup
Eggs- 4
Crushed pineapple- 8 ounce s
Sour cream- 1 cup
Vanilla ice cream- 1 litre

Instructions:
Mix the spice mix cake box, butterscotch pudding mix, water, grated carrots, oil, eggs, crushed pineapples and the sour cream.
Mix these ingredients properly and transfer them to a cooker and let cook for 4 hours.
Serve this cake warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Flourless Bundt Carrot Cake
This carrot cake recipe is an advantage for those who do not wish to have flour in their cakes yet want to eat delicious cakes.

Ingredients List:
Almond flour- 2 cups
Potato starch- cup
Orange zest- 1 tsp.
Cinnamon- tsp.
Ginger- tsp.
Salt- tsp.
Grated carrots- 2 cups
Eggs-2
Egg whites- 3
Sugar- 1 cups
Icing sugar- 2 cups
Orange juice- 2 tbsp.

Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar.
Fold in the almond flour, potato starch, orange zest and the cinnamon.
Add the ginger and the salt.
Fold in the grated carrots.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites and cup sugar until soft peaks are formed.
Fold in to the carrot mixture.
Pour the batter in to a greased Bundt pan and put to bake for at least an hour or until the cake is baked.
For the glaze mix the icing sugar and the orange juice and drizzle over the cooled cake.
Serve!
Parma Style Carrot Cake
Shaped a bit unusual, this carrot cake has pine nuts and mascarpone cheese added in to it which gives it a unique taste.

Instructions:
Preheat your oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a blender, add the pine nuts, half of sugar and the fennel seeds and grind.
Now add the lemon zest, lemon juice and the grated carrots. Blend to mix.
Now blend in the mascarpone cheese.
In another bowl, mix the butter and the sugar. Now add the eggs and mix.
Mix in the carrot mixture and mix until all the ingredients are mixed properly.
Now add the dry ingredients, the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and the salt.
Mix and pour the batter in to a prepared Bundt pan and put to bake for 30 minutes or until the cake is baked properly.
Cut in to squares and serve!
