Coconut flour - 1 cup
Pecan glaze - 1 batch

Instructions:
1. Prepare the pan with coconut oil and set your oven temperature to 325 degrees F.
2. Mix maple syrup and baking soda.
3. Take a bowl and mix eggs, lime juice, coconut oil, cinnamon, coconut flour, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
4. Now add pineapples, carrots, coconut, and raisins.
5. Now bake the oven for 30 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
6. Place it on a wire rack and let it cool. Add frosting and serve.
Carrot Cake with Orange Combo

Ingredients:
Oil 2 cups
Granulated sugar 3 cups
All-purpose flour 4 cups
Oranges zest 2
Cinnamon 1 tbsp.
Baking powder 2 tsp.
Sea salt 1 tsp.
Walnuts 1 cups
Eggs 8
Carrots 8 cups
Instructions:
1. Set your oven temperature at 325 degrees F. Put walnuts in the pan and heat it for 7 minutes. Let them cool and chop them.
2. Grease two cake pans with oil and line with parchment paper. Now mix baking powder, salt, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl.
3. Now mix oil and sugar and add them to the flour mixture and mix well.
4. Now mix the other half of the flour mixture and eggs and combine them well.
5. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add carrots, orange zest, and walnuts to it. Transfer the mixture to baking pans and bake for 1 hour until they are bakes and change the color.
Carrot Cake topped with Shredded Coconut
Replace cheese frosting with coconut and make this creamy and yummy cake. You can also make it on the occasion of Easter or Christmas.

Cream cheese 8 oz.
Powdered sugar 3 cups

Instructions:
1. Take a mixing bowl, and add cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, flour, and sugar.
2. Now combine raisins, nuts, vanilla, applesauce, carrots, and eggs. Mix them well.
3. Bake it at 325 degrees F for about 56 minutes. Bake until the cake is cooked and check with a skewer if it comes out clean, then the cake is ready.
4. Now let it cool.
5. Now for frosting, mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. After that, mix coconut and put it on the cake.
