About the author
Martha Stone is a chef and also cookbook writer. She was born and raised in Idaho where she spent most of her life growing up. Growing up in the country taught her how to appreciate and also use fresh ingredients in her cooking. This love for using the freshest ingredients turned into a passion for cooking. Martha loves to teach others how to cook and she loves every aspect of cooking from preparing the dish to smelling it cooking and sharing it with friends.
Martha eventually moved to California and met the love of her life. She settled down and has two children. She is a stay at home mom and involves her children in her cooking as much as possible. Martha decided to start writing cookbooks so that she could share her love for food and cooking with everyone else.

The Almond meal should be short, and it should be healthy recipes as well. Here you will find the awesome quick recipes of the meals which are eaten less and in quick time as well as cooked within an hour. You just need to get all the ingredients ready, and when you start making it, you wont even get to know, and it will be ready.
The Almond recipes do not require your effort with giving you the ease of getting it done as quickly as possible. Most of the ingredients will be in your kitchen cabinets which you can relate. If you have the right ingredients and the correct instructions, then you can cook anything. Take out an hour from your evening and implement the different recipes every day. Chapter 1: Breakfast Recipes with Almonds
Healthy Egg with Almonds
Healthy egg during the day time will keep you energetic the whole day!
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- Onion (chopped)
- Almonds (crushed) half pack
- Green bell pepper (chopped)
- Mushrooms (chopped)
- Eggs (2)
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions:
1. Take the microwave resistance pan and spray it with the cooking spray. Now add the chopped onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in it. Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to it.
2. Pour it over the vegetables and mix it well. Cover it well and put it in the microwave. Now let it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
3. When it is soft and looks as its cooked, sprinkle the almonds over it and enjoy!
Pancakes with Almond powder
You will love the pancakes in the morning with keeping you fresh the whole day!
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients:
- Milk (1 cup)
- Almond powder cup
- Egg (1)
- Oil (2 tbsp. Vegetable oil)
- Vinegar (2 tbsp.)
- Flour (all-purpose, 2 cups)
- Baking powder (2 tsp.)
- Baking soda (1 tsp.)
- Brown Sugar (1 tbsp.)
- Cinnamon powder (1 tsp.)
- Ginger powder (1 tsp.)
- Allspice powder (1 tsp.)
- Salt (1/2 tsp.)
Cooking Instructions:
1. Grab a bowl and mix egg and milk together. Beat it well together and while beating, add oil and vinegar. Keep mixing it and then add the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and soda.
2. At the end add all the other ingredients such as salt, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and all spice powder. Now when you have mixed all of these together well, add the almond powder and mix it with a spoon.
3. Now heat the pan lightly by pouring vegetable oil into it and then with the help of spoon, put the paste in a round shape and make the pancakes
4. Make sure to keep the flame on low heat. Flip it over when it turns light brown. When done, it is ready to serve.
Peanut Butter and Almond Mix
Delicious recipe with the mix of peanut and almond will make your day for sure!
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Servings: 1 to 2 servings
Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- Peanut butter (2 tbsp.)
- Bread (whole wheat, four slices)
- Banana (1)
- Almonds (chopped) cup
Cooking Instructions:
1. Lightly heat the pan and sprinkle the cooking spray on it. Now paste the peanut butter on each side of the bread and place the banana in it. Add the almonds which should be chopped and mix it well.
