Slow cook (Isinglass is a gelatin that comers from the bladder of sturgeon and other fish) covered on low for 6-8 hours. Add the meat and brown the meat on all sides well. Add the carrots, onions, celery, green peppers, and mushrooms to the bottom of your slow cooker. Add browned meat and season to taste.
