A New York Times Bestselling Author Devastated by loves betrayal, nearly destroyed by the assassin who took his eye and left him for dead, Guy De Young was reborn as a man with no name: a pirate. His stare was unforgettable: the brilliant gaze enchanted women and struck fear in the hearts of men. He was determined to ruin those who kept him from freedom and his hearts only desire. When his lost love, Bliss Grenville, fell into his clutches, the handsome buccaneer whisked her off to his island paradise, intent on revenge. Available only in Core 7.

BURIED TREASURE
Still holding her wrists in one hand, he caressed her face with the other. His fingers grazed her cheek, her chin, his thumb rubbing her lower lip in a back-and-forth motion.
She was aware of his hard, masculine fingers, warm and firm against her mouth. He was so close she could smell the salt spray and sunshine on his clothing, feel the heat emanating from his body, almost taste his sexuality.
His words jolted her. "I want you, Bliss Grenville. I want your body. I want your soul. I want your heart."
Bliss nearly gagged on her panic. What did he mean? "No! Please let go of me. You're supposed to return me to my fianc unharmed, remember?"
Hunter's face was as hard and cold as his voice. "Oh, you'll see Faulk again, but not until I decide it's time."
Hunter felt Bliss's soft body stiffen against his and smiled inwardly. She was frightened, but fear was good. Fear was a start. He couldn't wait to turn her fear into desire. The same desire she'd once felt for Guy De Young.

Prologue
New Orleans, 1804
Guy DeYoung didn't fear death. It was the thought of leaving Bliss to a man like Gerald Faulk that sent terror though his heart.
Clouds of thick, swirling mist nearly obscured the handful of men standing beneath the canopy of live oak trees known as Dueling Oaks. Eerie, gray tendrils of Spanish moss streamed downward in the damp, predawn morning, obscuring the view of the two opponents facing one another.
Guy DeYoung selected a pistol from the polished case held by his second, aware that his opponent intended to kill him. This was Guy's first duel; an affaire de coeur. He had unwisely fallen in love with Bliss Grenville the daughter

of the man who had hired him as stable master. He'd been jubilant when he learned his affections were returned in full, and he and Bliss had secretly married without her father's approval and her former fiance's knowledge.
