This book is dedicated to Floyd Resnick, former NYPD officer and AFDIs longtime chief of security, who dedicated his life to protecting my colleagues and me, no matter how dangerous the situation or circumstance. He was as much a part of the movement as any of us.

Foreword

By Geert Wilders

There are just a handful of people on either side of the Atlantic who are on the forefront of the resistance against jihad and Islamization. One of the most vivid personalities in this great fight for freedom, is Pamela Geller. As Mark Steyn has said: Shes a fearless fighter on free speech and other issues, and I wish there were more with her spirit.

In this book, Pamela tells the full story of her many initiatives in defense of the fundamental freedoms that make Western civilization the greatest achievement of human history, such as freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, equality before the law, and individual rights. She has worked with unflagging energy, courage , and perseverance to preserve the fundamental principles of a free society. And as such, she is an example, not just to her American compatriots, but also to Europeans like me.

I first met Pamela in New York in 2008, when she was running Atlas Shrugs , a website she started in 2004 to expose the true nature of Islam, a dangerous totalitarian ideology aiming for world domination, and to defend our Western civilization against creeping Islamization. Atlas Shrugs , which later became The Geller Report , is an invaluable source of information that the fake news media do not want us to hear.

In 2009, Pamela brought me to Washington, D . C . to address the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). A year later, she invited me to address a massive crowd of tens of thousands of lovers of freedom in lower Manhattan who had come out to stand together against the grotesque proposal to build a 16-story mega-mosque at Ground Zero. In 2015, I stood with Pamela for freedom of speech at her Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest in Garland, Texas. That contest, in the wake of the massacre of the Muhammad cartoonists of Charlie Hebdo in Paris, was meant to show that freedom-loving people in the West will never bow to threats and curtail their freedom of speech.

The Garland event became the scene of the first ever attack by the Islamic State on American soil. Two jihadis opened fire on police officers at the entrance to the exhibit. They wounded one officer before being shot themselves. Less than a month after the Garland attack, police in Boston killed an Islamic man who was planning to assassinate Pamela but, becoming impatient, decided to behead a police officer instead. The Islamic response to people expressing their freedom of speech clearly indicates why it was necessary to hold the Garland event in the first place. Either the West is going to stand up for its principles, or it is going to kowtow to bullying and surrender.

Owing to the presence of Islam in our societies, freedom of speech is now no longer a given. What we once considered a natural element of our existence, our birthright, is now something we once again have to battle for. But we do so in an absolutely non-violent way. Like me, Pamela and others fighting Islam in our Western societies abhor violence. Indeed, we oppose Islam exactly because it is inherently violent.

However, for her unwavering non-violent resistance and her efforts to expose Islamic savagery, Pamela Geller has been subjected to abuse and derision from the mainstream media and the political establishment. As I have been in The Netherlands, she has been dismissed as a crank, ridiculed, defamed, and smeared by cowardly political and media elites who have stood by silently when she has been threatened with death.

All this is just one manifestation of how free people are under attack today. They are targeted by the political and cultural elites solely for standing for the dearest of our many freedoms. The hate speech charge that has been leveled against virtually all defenders of freedom in the West, and for which I have been prosecuted in my own country, will always be used against people who are defending the Westin order to please and appease Islam.

Its followers can say whatever they want: Throw gays from apartment buildings, Kill the Jews, Slaughter the infidel, Destroy Israel, Wage jihad against the West. Whatever their book tells them. But when we call attention to what they are saying, we get charges of hatred, bigotry, Islamophobia and the like.

This moral inversion, this celebration of the savage and abuse of the civilized man, is a symptom of the cultural relativism that has infected the elites in Europe and North America today. The cultural relativists have opened their minds so wide that their brains are falling out. Most of our politicians and media pundits believe that all cultures are equal. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our Western culture, based on Judaism, Christianity, and humanism, is in every aspect better than the Islamic culture. And as Pamela Geller has said: In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man.

The left once stood for womens rights, gay rights, equality, and democracy. Now they have implemented immigration policies that will end all this, and work tirelessly to destroy anyone who dares mount any opposition to these policies. Many have lost their decency. Elite politicians in Europe have no problem with participating in demonstrations where Muslims openly shout Death to the Jews. Seventy years after Auschwitz, they have no shame. And then they dare, from their position of abject moral capitulation and compromise, to sneer at those who are fighting for what they should be fighting for.

Back in 2009, I tried to get into Britain, a fellow European Union country. I was invited to give a speech in Parliament. However, upon arrival at London airport, I was refused entry into the country, detained for three hours and sent back on the first plane to The Netherlands. The reason: I would threaten community harmony and therefore public security. It was an absolute disgrace. This ban was eventually lifted, but several years later, Pamela Geller was also banned from Britain. That ban remains in place, and is no less disgraceful. While admitting numerous jihad preachers, Britain is keeping out the voices of sanity that would call that nation back to a path that would secure freedom for her children and her childrens children, instead of a path to national suicide.

Meanwhile, Britain has become a war zone, where Islamic maniacs drive cars into people on bridges and children are blown to pieces at pop concerts. And it is not just Britain. All over Europe, all over the West, Islamic terror has become a fact of life. Paris, Stockholm, Brussels, Madrid. But also America: New York, Boston, Orlando, San Bernardino, Garland. Islamic barbarism is just around the corner. And still, the elites refuse to see that Islam is the common denominator behind all these atrocities. And still they refuse to act to preserve our freedoms and security by de-Islamizing our nations. In Europe, they even refuse closing the borders to even more Islam.
