The Authors
Evangelos M. Falaris is associate professor of economics at the University of Delaware. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and has had articles published in International Economic Review, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Human Resources, and other journals.
Charles R. Link is professor of economics at the University of Delaware and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin. His publications include articles in such journals as the American Economic Review, Review of Economics and Statistics, and Journal of Human Resources.
Michael E. Staten is director of the Credit Research Center at Purdue University. Among his publications are articles in the American Economic Review, Journal of Law and Economics, and Journal of Health Economics. Staten received a Ph.D. from Purdue University.
