Wayan Widya Arsanaobtained his doctoral degree from the University of Western Australia. He worked in the Statistics Office, Bali, Indonesia. He is currently associated with the Business School, University of Western Australia.

Buddika M. B. Bulathsinhalageis a science graduate whose working experience is in the development sector including fishing communities in Sri Lanka and also the shared experience with international communities represented in Nepal and Bangladesh. She is a licensed Consultative Group to assist the poorest trainer to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and a Sustainability Analyst to the Lanka Microfinance Practitioners Association which addresses poverty through sustainable microfinancing. She also was a visiting lecturer on microfinance sustainability at the University of Colombo. Currently, Buddika is completing her PhD research on climate change and fishers in Sri Lanka.

Md. Maruf Hossan Chowdhuryis a lecturer in Operations & Supply Chain Management, University of Technology Sydney. Previously he taught at the University of Western Australia, Curtin University and the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
