ROBERT C. DIPRIZIO is an associate professor at the U.S. Air Forces Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama, where he teaches courses on international security and Arab-Israeli conflict. Dr. DiPrizio is the author of numerous articles, as well as the book Armed Humanitarians: U.S. Interventions from Northern Iraq to Kosovo (2002).
