Preface
This book is for truth-seekers seriously searching for information that can alleviate their anxiety and stress, and possibly their COVID-19 infection. It unravels what the pandemic blunder is, what has caused it, how it impacts your life, and most importantly, how you can survive it and escape its many negative impacts on American lives in this crisis environment.
It presents different types of information regarding health and health care. It should be used to supplement and not replace the advice of your doctor or some other trained health professional, particularly with regard to diagnosing health issues and the use of medicines and supplements. All efforts have been made to assure the accuracy of the information presented at the time of writing and publishing this book; however, the topics covered are very much under scrutiny in the current pandemic. On a daily basis there is a very large number of new articles in medical journals, magazines, and newspapers, as well as on numerous websites. The main goal has been to present credible examples rather than an exhaustive description of a number of topics covered. The publisher and author disclaim liability for any medical outcomes that may occur as a result of using any of the information presented in this book. The author has no financial interest in any of the medicines or supplements discussed in this book. And he does not endorse any specific company or sources or suppliers of medicines, therapeutics, or supplements that are mentioned in this book.
Another important point is that no attempt has been made to cover in any detail the enormous number of negative articles, studies, reports, and news accounts criticizing the many facets of early home/outpatient treatment for COVID infection. This book presents the positive case and the failures of government agencies and the public health system. Roughly, 90 percent or much more of all pandemic coverage either ignores the positive case or criticizes it.
Moreover, considering how rapidly all aspects of the pandemic are moving, there will undoubtedly be considerable new information for quite a while after publication of this book. But one thing will not change: the big pandemic blunder, cause of massive, widespread pain, suffering, and death.
Dr. Hirschhorn is a member of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and Americas Frontline Doctors, both extremely active in promoting early home covid treatment.
Foreword
The mismanagement of the Covid-19 pandemic is akin to mass murder, and genocide of the elderly and infirm. The root cause of this crime against humanity is the denial of mans divine origin.
Despite a plethora of scientific data, lifesaving information and access to vital medications is being suppressed from the majority of the human race. This led to the tragic and preventable deaths of over two million people worldwide. The perpetrators of this historically heinous crime are motivated by the desire for power and control over the human race. These modern day slave-masters believe that they are ubermensch (superhuman) with the right to decide who should live or die.
In the last year, I have personally witnessed the tragic and preventable deaths of hundreds of people from Covid-19. Despite a samsonian effort to advocate for effective, safe, and affordable prehospital treatments, my colleagues and I have been threatened and censored.
It is my supposition that this suppression of lifesaving information and medication is mass murder. This crime against humanity has been willfully perpetrated by a group of sociopathic despots that possess a delusional G-d complex and perceive themselves as superhumans with the right to enslave others. It is my strong hope and prayer that they will be brought to justice in both the earthly and heavenly courts.

Understanding the Big Pandemic Blunder
1.1 How big a mistake?
The fundamental premise of this book is that a huge mistake has been made in the way the government at all levels has managed the COVID-19 pandemic. Huge and mistake dont tell the whole story. A mistake implies an action that is accidental or unintentional. Maybe even one that can be corrected. Huge is also inadequate when it comes to the world of medicine and public health.
An astronomical blunder is a more accurate way of describing what has happened in this pandemic. To be clear, what this book is about is an intentional action with enormous, adverse, irreversible consequences and health impacts for large numbers of people. When it comes to life or death, we enter the world of homicide. There are deliberate actions that directly impair human health and, in the extreme, cause avoidable, preventable death. To be clearer, for this pandemic, the correct notion is criminally negligent homicide resulting from intentional actions by myriad government officials.
The pandemic big blunder defined in this book results from an ineffective and incompetent large public health system. There are fifty-six state and territorial public health agencies and nearly 3,000 local agencies. They have always been responsible for dealing with emergencies and urgent health threats as well as preventing disease. The US has about 500,000 public health workers. There are about thirty-two US schools of public health that graduate about 16,000 individuals yearly, and graduate programs producing 800 people with a master of public health, health administration, or health educator degree. Some states require certain credentials for public health officials such as a medical license or specialized training in preventive medicine or public health. What has shaped the pandemic blunder across the whole public health system are the federal agencies, namely the National Institutes of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Food and Drug Administration.
Government officials have been supported by a host of allies, principally reporters and commentators in the leftist media, wrong-headed academics, medical societies, medical journals, drug companies, and many leftists in the political world. Inevitably, we must address the causes of the intentional actions and behaviors. Later, both outright corruption and greed will be explored to help answer the inevitable, logical question: How could such a horrendous blunder happen and persist for so long? Is it just a bureaucratic blunder or is it closer to evil intent? If you have any friend or relative who has suffered or died in this pandemic, then you will, by the end of this book, be inclined to think more in terms of evil than incompetence or even merely greed.
