Dedication
To the memory of the victims of genocide and
mass violence of the past century, termed
Century of Genocide,
to those being mass murdered, starved, sickened
and, made homeless in Iraq, Afghanistan,
Palestine, the Congo, Sudan, Somalia,
Sri Lanka, Burma, and Colombia today.
This book is a joint effort of some of the worlds
most advanced and committed medical doctors,
genocide scholars, nuclear scientists,
international experts, and peace researchers
to raise the understanding about genocide by
sanctions and banned weapons and
to work for the outlawing
of the crime of genocide and
of all weapons of mass destruction.
