The Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America establishes the intent of our Founding Fathers to create a socialistic democracy. The Preamble of the Constitution provides how our democracy will work and whom it will serve. The proof of intent of our Founding Fathers will become clear as we research the definition of certain words our Founding Fathers used in the Preamble.
I will begin by quoting the Preamble:
We the People of the United States in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Establish Justice meant creating a court system with laws, juries to insure tranquility, and justice for all. Provide for the common defense meant creating the Department of Defense, initially named the Department of War, that includes all branches of the military to insure tranquility and promote the general welfare because the common defense also simultaneously promotes the safety of the people, which is promoting the general welfare. By creating a banking system, this, too, insured tranquility. Creating a court system also meant creating law enforcement to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. The Founding Fathers end this paragraph by stipulating do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Now lets look at the definitions of some of the words used by our Founding Fathers in the Preamble. The definition of welfare in The American Heritage Dictionary is: 1a. Health, happiness, and general well-being; 3 Public relief-on welfare; n. The set of policies, practices and social attitudes associated with a welfare state.
This definition covers Social Security; Medicare; Medicaid; Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), which covers recovery and rebuilding after all disasters; the VA; HUD; FHA; and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), to protect us when we fly city to city; Transportation Department, to build roads and bridges and regulate the speed limit to safeguard lives; Food Stamps; the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC); to protect your retirement, 401(k)s; IRAs, to regulate and protect your retirement(s) and investments; financial aid to college students to produce our future leaders; health insurance, i.e., the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare; regulating the National Rifle Association (NRA) to stop mass murders and save lives; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC); National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). All of these federal agencies and federal laws and many more promote the general welfare and consequently fall under the definition of socialistic programs as per the dictionary definition.
To secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, as noted above in the Preamble, we need to find the definition for posterity . Again, the dictionary defines posterity as: 1. Future generations. Therefore, all of these socialistic programs must continue for all future generations and promote the general welfare.
The last part of this Preamble paragraph ends with: do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. The definition for ordain in the dictionary is: to order by virtue of superior authority. Therefore, the Founding Fathers were ordering the implementation of this form of socialistic government, as well as everything that was written in this Constitution for the United States of America.
Please notice that what I have written are definitions of words used by the Founding Fathers, therefore the meaning of these words are not interpretations or opinions. All I did was to find the definitions of these words that our Founding Fathers wrote in the Preamble to determine the intent of the Founding Fathers through the definitions. I hereby present a real live example by replacing the word ordain with the definition of ordain in the last part of the Preamble paragraph noted above. To secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our future do order by virtue of superior authority and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
This proves that the Founding Fathers were ordering the creation of a socialistic form of government as per their order and the definition of the words they used. In other words, in todays order , the spending of the tax revenues is to be spent on the American people to promote the general welfare . After all, where did the tax revenues come from, anyway? The tax revenue came from the American people, so the programs are not free because We the People are paying for all the programs through our tax dollars. We are the ones generating the federal budget, which the federal government, in turn, uses to pay all of the bills and debt the federal government incurs! This is a cycle that starts with the We the People paying taxes to the federal government as a budget to pay bills, including socialistic programs that I covered above for the American people, which achieves the intent of the Founding Father to promote the general Welfare.
In addition, in the year 1787, Article VI in the Constitution, it declared the Constitution the supreme Law of the Land, as well as declaring that no one is above the law. Furthermore, in the year 1803, in the Supreme Court case of Marbury v. Madison, Chief Justice John Marshall ruled that an Act of Congress contrary to the Constitution was not law. Consequently, if anything is contrary to the Constitution, then it is not law, and it is illegal and null and void.
Therefore, based on the fact that constitutional law is the supreme Law of the Land, including being superior to federal law, when anyone takes the oath of office to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign or domestic, they must support socialistic programs as per the definition in the dictionary without question or else that individual becomes a domestic enemy. So please remember that promoting the general welfare was ordered by the Founding Fathers for our future generations when they used the word posterity as per the definition of posterity in the dictionary.
Another order issued by our Founding Fathers was to establish justice. In order to establish justice, we must make absolutely sure that we dont politicize the process because then, we bring many biases that will actually obstruct justice. The First Amendment of the Constitution forbids Congress from promoting one religion over other religions and it also forbids restricting religious practices of other individuals. This concept is known as separation of church and state and is attributed to the year 1802, January letter written by Thomas Jefferson.
The real purpose of separation of church and state is to prevent the Constitution and Congress from passing federal laws that are religious in nature. In other words, the separation of church and state is intended to prevent Congress from passing any laws that are contrary meaning, conflicting with the Constitution as per the Supreme Court case of Marbury v. Madison in the year 1803. Imagine if laws were passed that pertained to only one religion. This would cause all other religions to want their religious beliefs to be turned in laws as well. Then everyone could be found guilty of violating someone elses religion whether they believed in those other religions or not. An example: there is a religion that believes that if you needed a blood transfusion to save your life or the life of one of your children, you would not be able to legally get the transfusion because other people practice a religion that does not believe in blood transfusions.
