This book owes a debt to some the nations leading free market thinkers in the fields of healthcare, taxes, and monetary policy. Among them: the brilliant Nathan Lewis, the foremost expert on gold. His books Gold: The Once and Future Money and Gold: The Monetary Polaris are required reading for anyone interested in gaining a serious understanding of this crucial subject. David Malpass is just about the only economist of note who has correctly diagnosed the disastrous results of the Federal Reserves experiments with quantitative easing, zero interest rates, and regulatory overkill. We are very grateful for his insights.

Dan Mitchells knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Flat Tax remains unparalleled.

Thankfully, on the critical subject of healthcare there are growing number of people who truly get what ails this most personal of endeavors, that is, the lack of free markets.
