Dear Democrat,
Does a loved one in your familywear a red MAGA dunce cap at the Thanksgiving dinnertable?
Have you tried to explain to themhow embarrassingly dumb their uninformed opinions are, but theireyes just glaze over, and they have no freakin' clue what you'retalking about, because they never heard none-o-that on FoxNews?
Is your clueless country cousinimpervious to rational arguments, because he has no historiccontext for anything ever, and he knows absolutely nothing beyondthe daily Fox News talking points?
You can now get them the help theyneed. Get them this book.
This book is an intervention. Thisbook is the snap-out-of-it-you-idiot slap in the face your friendor family member needs to overcome their addiction tostupid.
It's like the truth pill in TheMatrix. No, it's a truth bomb! It will blow their minds. Itexplains important facts they have never heard of in a way thateven a god-damn child could understand. With lots of cursing, tokeep their attention.
If this short little book doesn'tmake them see the light, nothing will. Nothing. God help us all.America can't take much more of this dumpster fire.

RULERS ANDPEASANTS
All through history, there have always beentwo types of people: rulers and peasants.
The ruling class is much, much smaller thanthe peasant class. Almost all people on earth are poor peasants, like you and me. We are the worker drones. The little pawns on thechess board of life. The expendables.
Only a select few belong to the ultra richruling class. That's why they're called the one percent. The elite. They're a small little club. They all know each other and hang outtogether at exclusive galas, luxury resorts on private islands, golf tournaments at country clubs, or yacht parties in St.Tropez.
You're not part of that elite club of theultra rich, and you never will be. Youre working class. You workfor a living. They dont. Thats why theyre not working class. Intheir eyes, you're nothing more than a worker bee. An ant. Aservant.
Chances are, you're literallyworking in the service industry. Which is, let's face it, a polite way of sayingyou're a servant.
The ultra rich are not servers. They spend their entire lives being served by peasants like you. To them, your onlyreason to exist is to serve their needs. Your life only has meaningas long as your existence benefits them .
They dont care if youreoverworked or underpaid. They dont care if pollution gives youcancer and you have no health insurance. They dont care that youcant afford to pay your bills and your meds. They dont care thatyoure a homeless vet with PTSD. Your quality of life ismeaningless. Because your life is meaningless, once youre no longer useful tothem.
Once they have sucked the life out of you, they throw your burned-out leftovers in the trash. You get firedand replaced by the next poor schmuck who will do your shitty jobfor even less money.
Thats what they call raising productivity.Thats when less and less people are employed and work harder andharder for less and less money. Cheap slave labor means higherprofits for the ruling class. Thats why your life is shit, whilethey get richer and richer. The gap between the small ruling classand the rest of us is now greater than it has been in a hundredyears.
You know those old-timey Charles Dickensnovels about poor peasant children begging for food? Were headedright back to those days.
Income gap between rich and pooris biggest in a century
If you feel you're falling behindin the income race, it's not just your imagination. The wealth gap between the top 1% and the bottom99% in the U.S. is as wide as it's been in nearly 100years , a new study finds.
-Los Angeles Times
This wealth gap that we see todayis something that has really skyrocketed since about the1980s and certainly in the past decade, decade and a half.
-Fortune Magazine
You know what happened in the 1980s? Reaganhappened. His policies, particularly trickle down economics, wereall about making the rich richer, and the poor poorer, by takingmoney away from the poor masses and giving it to the one percent ontop. And thats exactly what happened.
The tsunami of wealth didnttrickle down. It surged upward
-Warren Buffett
The Rise of Homelessness in the1980s
Why, in the early 1980s, did somany Americans find themselves homeless? Why did the accumulationof personal tragedies reach epidemic proportions at the same timeacross the nation?
Over three-quarters of the new jobscreated during the 1980s were at minimum-wage levels. By 1983, over15 percent of Americans were living below the poverty line, eventhough half of them lived in households where at least one personworked.
Nationwide, between 1982 and 1985,federal programs targeted to the poor were reduced by $57 billion.Because of adjustments to the eligibility requirements, over halfthe working families on the federal Aid to Families with DependentChildren program (AFDC) were removed from therolls.

Where did all that money go that thegovernment saved by not helping poor people? Straight into thepockets of a couple of very rich people. There are countlessgovernment programs where rich people get free money. Free moneyfor rich people is called subsidies, or corporatewelfare.
" Where IsThe Outrage Over Corporate Welfare?
Three-quarters of all stateeconomic development subsidies went to just 965 corporations sincethe beginning of the study in 1976. The Fortune 500 corporationsalone accounted for more than 16,000 subsidy awards, worth $63billion mostly in the form of taxbreaks.
Think about that. The largest, wealthiest, most powerfulorganizations in the world are on the public dole. Where is the outrage? Back when I was young, people went into a frenzy at the thought of some unemployed personusing food stamps to buy liquor or cigarettes. Ronald Reagan famously campaigned against welfarequeens. The right has always been obsessedwith moochers. But Boeing receives $13billion in government handouts andeveryone yawns, when conservatives should be grabbing theirpitchforks.
-Forbes Magazine
