Henry Marshall was shot five times at close range with a bolt action 22-caliber rifle. Although the subsequent investigation involved John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, J. Edgar Hoover, and many more, it took more than 20 years for the cause of death to be listed as homicide.
