Foreword
Dear Reader,
In the summer of 1990, life as I knew it turned upside down.
As a child, born with full access to extrasensory perception, I had caught the attention of a devoutly religious town and with it, a local sociopath who belonged to a cult intent on ridding the world of evil, evil which due to my mysterious abilities they mistook in me. Little did I know it but that summer was to determine the next thirteen years of my life.
I lost my entire childhood and reality to repeated ritual torture at the hands of this man, (whom I was led to believe was my real father) and the cult he belonged to. For thirteen years and longer, I was entangled in a living nightmare. A nightmare that I see now was my intention for this life. At first I know most people upon reading this, will balk at the notion of anyone choosing an experience such as the one I lived through, especially given the fact that I quite nearly did not survive it at all.
I survived for this reason
Despite all the years and all the horrific ways they tried to find a way to exorcize my abilities from me, they did not go away.
They did not go away, and neither did the knowledge I came into this life with.
And now, seven years after I got away, I share it with you.
It is my sincere hope that all you who read this book, allow yourselves to unfold and open up to the spiritual aspect of your lives. It is my desire that you know a softer, less tangible part of yourself which is capable of openness, love, compassion and joy is yours at all moments of the day.
It will never go away, no matter what you do and no matter what is done to you.
May you become eternally intimate with this side of yourself, may you know the kind of bliss this intimacy brings. May you know your worth, may you know your freedom, and may you know you are loved every second, of every day.
Sincerely,
Teal Scott (The Author)
Acknowledgements
This book is dedicated to all the people of earth who care enough to find bliss in their own lives and therefore create it in the world. And to Winter, my wonderful son who was the long awaited catalyst bringing so much beauty, love and joy into my life.
This book is also dedicated to the following:
To my parents, whose lives were turned upside down the same day that mine was, who have only ever wanted me to be happy and witness my success. It is my wish that you know we all chose into this experience for a reason. You are not responsible for anything that happened to me in the past.
To my brother, Sky who has become a compassionate, honorable man. Whom I will never forget was both my companion and source of entertainment at our tiny cabin which had no electricity or indoor pluming. There is much of playing there with you that I miss.
To my life long friend, Lauren Stokes who has remained as loyal and dedicated to me as she was from the minute we met as children, who had the strength and love enough to stay connected to me through it all. You are perfect to me.
To Blake Dyer, my long lost brother from a different father and mother who was the one that hid me when I got away and still provides me permanent sanctuary to this day. You are the kindest person I have ever known.
To Mark Scott, my wonderful husband who is my heart. Who is the only person in this world patient and in love with me enough to put up with the eccentric, compulsive, writer side of my personality, and who made it possible for me to write this book. I made the best decision of my life marrying you one month after meeting you in that dog park!
And finally, this book is dedicated to the man who ruined my life. I find in retrospect you did not ruin it at all. I see now that we are only ever victims of victims. I am sorry for the pain I know you suffered in your life. I have stopped the cycle, and now I have you to thank because you were my greatest teacher (as difficulty always is). Without you, I would not have even thought to look for the happiness I now possess today. One day you will know that you are free.
Thank you and I love you all!

Chapter 1:
In the Beginning
In the beginning, there was light.
The immeasurable, unsurpassed cosmos
was a blank fabric of space-time
ready to be woven full of meaning.
Waiting for you.
The history of this universe is woven as easily as silk
from moment to moment as you live it.
And when we trace the thread, back to the beginning
we find out what we really are
is immeasurable
is unsurpassed.
In the beginning, there was light. It is the beginning to the story of our universe that nearly everyone has heard. Yet mankind moves through life on Planet Earth year by year, and still the same inevitable questions arise.
Who made the light?
Was it God?
Was it the byproduct of an ancient cosmic event within the universe science has been seeking for years?
Why was there light?
For some, the pursuit for answers to these questions is a lifelong devotion. Perhaps this is the reason you are reading this book today. Whatever the reason behind you ultimately finding yourself opening your experience to the pages you are about to read, it is a promise that the answers you are looking for are already yours. The path you are looking for is a path you are already onand it will only get better from here. The answers were already yours to begin with. It is not that I seek to answer these questions from some point of higher perspective that is any more expansive than your own; it is that I seek to refresh and reconnect you with your own knowing. And so I ask you to be willing to follow me on a journey of rediscovery of the universe, of God, and of yourself.
Much farther down the road, after this first step within the universe we call light, you were born.
For quite some time after the moment of your birth, you had full memory of everything that is to follow in this book. That is why upon your birth, you knew and felt your worth as separate from externals. You had no talent, no ability to operate physically within the world, no wealth, and no language. You had no great achievements by societys standardsyet you had infinite worth that you felt very deeply because you simply were. Everyone around you saw this worth. But they called this your potentialin other words, all the unrealized things you would do, become, and have at a later date. They called this potentialwhat you would do, become, and havebecause they, as adults, had long since forgotten what you still remembered then. What you remembered is thisyou cannot ever lose worth or gain worth, because your worth is separate from externals. It is even separate from this life. You were born complete, but not yet completed. You knew then that the worth is in the potential energy that you are and that this universe is. Within potential energy already exists every yet-unrealized attribute that the adults in your life confused with worth. Worth in fact exists if you do nothing other than breathe and think for the whole of your life. And this potential energy exists before you made the decision to participate in this physical reality you now lead. It exists as you draw your first breath and as you draw your last breath. It exists after you make the decision to no longer participate in this physical life you now lead.
