Humans feel lonely. They dont remember who they are, or what they live for. You are an eternal being, travelling along this and other universes, who in a moment makes a stop on this planet called Earth, with one unique purpose: to enjoy your terrestrial experience, while expanding Love and Joy. To help you create a life of happiness, well-being, and abundance, your Creating Parent endowed you with their Universal Principles, the Life Instructions Manual, with which we are all born, but so few can remember. What happened? Why are we not enjoying total happiness and abundance? Since you were a little baby, you were taught to focus your attention on the exterior, only on those things adults see with their limited vision. This is how you gradually forgot how to read your instruction manual; this is how you even forgot its existence inside of you. Oblivious to our interiority and having lost communication with our Self, we feel confused, lost, and aimless. We dont remember who we are nor the unique mission we promised to accomplish in this lifetime. Once we stop listening to the voice of our Self, we give our full attention to the voice of our ego. Confused by its pseudo-protecting messages, we take its hand and let it guide us through its own paths of fear, struggle, distress, guilt, and self-sabotage. Author Anne Astilleros, not having forgotten who she is and how to use her own instruction manual, helps us remember how to use ours. She reminds us that: You are not alone. You are light and darkness; you are not perfect, and you will never be, and its okay! You chose your Dad and Mom to remind you what not to do! Your ego is not bad. It wants you to illuminate it, and only when you dont, it punishes you. Your ego is your best ally in your evolution. And so much more...

Preface

I met Anne ten years ago at a small seminar where she had been invited to speak. Until that day, my entire life had revolved around the search for a solution that would help ease peoples suffering, a suffering that we all feel but dont often speak about. I suppose that a childhood fraught with depression and malaise had naturally rendered me predisposed to this longing, this search, which in my case became the epicenter of my life. I needed proof that it was also possible to be genuine and happy here on this planet.

In my quest, I pursued studies and obtained various degrees, as a psychologist, psychotherapist, life coach, and family constellation facilitator. I learned how to use a variety of techniques and methods. I worked with masters, therapists, shamans, and psychologists. I traveled intensively across the continents, with the sole purpose of finding this something that would facilitate the way to genuine Happiness; this something that would alleviate the emptiness that we all, to a greater or lesser extent, feel.

The day that I heard Anne speak for the first time in that seminar I knew I had found it. From the very first minute, all of us present were captivated by her powerful and natural joy, by her presence and simplicity, by a kind of glow that seemed to fill the entire room. Her gaze transmitted Peace, transmitted this something that I had been seeking for so long. Much to my surprise and delight, her speech was just as simple and powerful as her presence. Finally, I had found a genuine persona person who had not forgotten who she was, what her purpose was; someone who reminded us to stop looking outside ourselves, when everything, absolutely everything that we need we already possess, naturally, within.

Annes words resonated strikingly in my depths like great truths that I already knew (rediscovered) and that were simply waiting to be awakened. I had the sensation that Anne was speaking to each and every participant in the very heart of our Being. In that moment I knew we would be friends, and I can assure you that when I decide on something I can be very, very persistent.

Anne, at that time, was a diamond in the rough, a source still untapped. She had worked here and there, offering individual sessions when people asked her to, but she had never seriously considered speaking publicly about her way of seeing and feeling, and especially about her special connection to the Universe. In the course of human history, there have been very few human beings who have communicated so clearly and directly with the Source and who, in addition, have dared to speak of it publicly. The very rare exceptions who have not forgotten who they are and where they have come from have generally ended up being rejected, treated like lunatics, or simply eliminated. It doesnt surprise me that at the time Anne had qualms about publicly conveying her message.

Nevertheless, here we are, in early 2017, and her book is done. The work that you have in your hands is the summary of her powerful philosophy of life. For her, they are no more than inklings and broad brushstrokes of Reality, whereas for us, they constitute genuine discoveries, striking and revelatory. They allow us not only to resume our lives but to raise them to any level of Happiness and satisfaction we desire, both on this and other planes of existence, now and in our vital future experiences, in this and in all other universes to which we will head.

Note: In this book, I serve as a translator from Annes language, springing directly from the Source and not always easy to understand, to a language more readily accessible to all. I apologize in advance for transforming something so beautiful and pure for the sake of comprehension, but I am certain that, in this case, the end does justify the means.

For Anne, precision in words is fundamental, and it is for this reason that we include a glossary at the back of the book to clarify the meaning of certain terms that she tends to employ in unconventional ways. For instance, you will see that she capitalizes certain words, investing them with a special meaning, different from the norm: Being, Light, Ignorance, and so forth.

I dare, and Im happy. What about you?

Victoria Vinuesa

Writer, screenwriter, and psychologist, among other things.

Introduction

Your Being holds a secret that gives you the Power to transform your life forever.

Y ou, like each one of us, were born with the innate Power to experience a life of Happiness, Success, and Well-Being. So what is still preventing you from feeling genuinely happy in each moment and in each facet of your life? There is only one cause: your Obliviousness.

The Being, once incarnated in its human body, forgets the true meaning of its earthly experience. Not only has it forgotten the goal for which it decided to incarnate itself and the promises that it made to itself, but it has also forgotten Who it is in its Essence and what its true Divine nature is. It has forgotten its Creator, Mother-Father.

My purpose in writing this book is to help you to remember, so that you can recapture your Happiness and your lost motivation, resume your communication with your own Knowledge, alleviate your sense of guilt and malaise, improve your relationships, and triumph for Love in everything you set out to do.

As a human Being attentive to my Knowledge, it has always been clear to me that it is my duty to share my particular, although completely simple and natural, way of seeing and perceiving Life with this unreal world. A few years back, my friend and fellow writer Victoria Vinuesa asked me the question that I had heard so many times before: When do you intend to write a book that shares with the people of this planet your philosophy of liberation, the one you have come here to teach?
