  • About the Author
Foreword
This book will serve as a great guide if you wish to achieve something new or a dream that was abandoned due to some reason.
Aspire Before You Expire is as crisp and hard-hitting as the title suggests. The author strongly believes that you live only once and you must live it fully. You should aspire for big achievements and go for them wholeheartedly. The book reminded me of many people from my life who were extremely talented, but remained ordinary because they never aspired for anything big.
I have personally shared the stage with Dr Ujjwal Patni and relished his speaking. The book reflects the same honest firebrand speaking. While reading the book, you will feel as if you are participating in his seminar. The book starts with few worksheets; if you avoid answering them, you feel guilty and if you answer, you become restless. The book is very methodical.
The chapter Why people kill their aspirations connects with you instantly. The author shared examples of contemporary achievers with whom he personally interacted; this makes the book authentic, personal and unique. The Six Success Habits are immediately implementable.
As you read Six categories of people who never achieve their Aspirations, you will be stunned because most of us fall in some or the other category. The author presents a detailed method on how to create the right ecosystem to achieve aspirations. Mantras on image management, oaths, USP and lot of topics are highly practical. The reader is compelled to move step-by-step with an action plan presented by the author.
It is a gift for those who are searching for the purpose of life, a must read book for everyone because YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE.
To aspire, read this book before you expire.

Authors Note:
The Purpose of Life
Most people are completely unaware of the objective of their existence. We rarely take time to ponder basic issues such as: What is the purpose of my life? What makes me happy? And how would I like to be remembered after I die?
Most people wake up every day, follow their routines mechanically and life just passes them by. I call such people walking calendars because they just have passing dates in life they have neither aims nor desires to fulfill. They have stopped aspiring and accept their life as it is. They are not necessarily dissatisfied, because dissatisfaction only comes if they do not achieve their ambitions. But what if you dont have any ambition? Leading a passive life, such people forget their dreams, their joys and their aspirations. Gradually, they abandon the drivers seat and life goes on in autopilot.
Most people in this world live only because they are not dead yet.
I wrote this book for people who still cherish an aspiration or who want to design one. It is especially useful for people who wish to come out of autopilot and take charge of their lives. The book has been tailored particularly for people who are searching for something in their lives for those who have a feeling of emptiness and want to fill this unknown void. This book is meant for those who dont have an answer right now but are in quest of one.
You must have a good reason for choosing this book because it is not written for casual reading. Ask yourself why you wish to read the book. Is there any dimension of your life that you wish to change? Do you want to create a different story for yourself? Do you have any ambitions you want to follow or do you want to create goals for yourself? Are you living your life with a purpose? Are you searching for a larger purpose?
Dont expect this book to produce any miracles in your life. I firmly believe that no motivational guru can transform a persons life, nor can anybody become a millionaire just by reading a book. If the reader chooses to live with his shortcomings, there is nothing that a book or a guru can do. Nothing is going to improve your life until you step out of your comfort zone and slog it out.
Friends, before you embark on a journey by train, you obviously know your destination. You then plan your itinerary and decide on an appropriate train to take you to the desired station. Similarly, while reading this book, you will discover or reaffirm your lifes destination. Imbibe the concrete suggestions and draft a roadmap for yourself. At no time should you quit before you achieve the desired results. Half-hearted efforts will not take you to your goals.
Even highly inspirational thoughts cannot shake the complacency of people whose minds are full of cobwebs. If you want to savour this book and gain from it, then shed the I know everything attitude. Open the windows of your mind and let my thoughts penetrate.
