About the book Competition is increasing in India day by day and so are the - photo 1
About the book
Competition is increasing in India day by day and so are the problems! There are so many serious issues in our country. And, the sad part about it is that even the government policies are not capable enough of tackling issues like increasing population, inflation, unemployment etc. The economy is getting worse year after year and neither the government nor the industries have the capacity to provide employment to everyone.
The farmers are committing suicide in many states either due to natural calamities or government policies.
The students who are staying away from home for the preparation of national level competitive exams are committing suicide in the cities, which are the renowned educational hub of the country. They stay in guest-houses, lodges, hostels or in rented rooms without any moral support and are under tremendous pressure to succeed which results in a break in their resilience. The loneliness, lack of patience and fear of failure leads them to a state of mind where they find suicide as the only viable option available at that point in time.
More than required expenditures, endless desires or the tendencies to maintain a fake social status are some of the reasons which are pushing the service-class people towards the debt trap! Personal loan, car loan, home loan, and education loans are just a few to name.
Competition is getting tough in the business world with each passing day. Businessmen are worried about their childrens future. They believe having a job is better for serving their family than owning a business.
A large number of students takes up the same career options like engineering, thus further worsening the competition for jobs. Every year, private engineering colleges and universities are growing in numbers, but are unable to provide quality education. These institutions are getting government recognition, even without the required infrastructure; like playgrounds, laboratories and libraries. Most of the students from these expensive institutions are unable to find a suitable job even after getting engineering degree, if at all they are able to find one. Mostly, they sit idle in their homes or run here and there in a search of getting employed. When they are exhausted in their efforts of getting a job, they feel defeated and commit suicide.
Everyday, people are waking up to a worse nightmare than the previous day. Years of unexpected setbacks, such as no career growth, no job, low income, or not getting hired for the seemingly perfect job, are starting to take their toll. Family drama, workplace politics, excessive workload, lifestyle changes, and lack of sleep are some of the common causes of depression. This depression is silently killing many, resulting in hypertension, heart disease, and diabetes.
Meanwhile, sycophants (bootlickers, churches) are enjoying their life, getting higher salaries and better facilities than those who are working really hard in good faith for the organizations.
All these situations have caused grief in me, which inspired me to guide those people who don't find motivation, are without much required moral support in crucial moments of life, and lose hope. Those are the ones who commit suicide because they are weak emotionally and mentally and dont get the help in proper time.
Do these seemingly endless problems really exist? Don't we have any solutions? Maybe we just dont know how to handle these critical situations. In this book, you will find the answers to such seemingly unanswerable questions.
Mindset and PassionThe Psychology of Success, is neither a psychological book nor a philosophical one. It would be unjust to treat it like a book. It is not only a book; but it is a guide, a teacher and a practical approach to success.
Success, happiness, and satisfaction are not just matter of luck, knowledge, or hard work, but are rather the results of the psychological, philosophical, and managerial skills of a person. This book is like an energy-boosting drink that you should consume wholeheartedly every morning to be happy. The key ingredients of this cocktail are - courage to dream big, willpower to achieve, and patience to be passionate.
