The Aim Of This Book
What you will gain with breathing exercises: Freedom, Integrity and Presence
Every external effect can take away your focus, which is natural.
The only problem is when these external forces grow bigger than what your brain can handle.
Then you find yourself always focusing on the future and waiting for salvation.
Or you contemplate on your past instead of living in your present life.
Sometimes external forces grow so enormous that you forgot how was it when you could just lie down in the sun and enjoy the moments without any stress or guilt?
How was it when you could think of yourself without any negative thought?
How was it when just could enjoy your life and having some fun without having a stressful feeling back in your mind?
I have to admit Im focused man. If my career hasnt gone well, I was always focusing sooo much that I havent taken any days off.
I also have to admit that sometimes I lost my temperature. Mostly when I felt out of control.
Probably you had a similar experience. When you had a hard time to fell asleep because you were worrying too much about something which you dont even have control. Next day nothing bad happened, so it was completely unnecessarily to worry, right? Still, our mind always tricks us and next time you might worry again even if you experienced that it was absolutely unnecessarily.
This book will help you to take control.
No matter how hard is your situation or what your circumstances are.
I was literally homeless for a day when I arrived back to Brighton, UK.
Still I was able to calm my mind down and take full control.
Every single situation, no matter how hard you find it, you can come back to neutral.
Every time you blame on someone or your circumstances theres a way to take control.
Its a decision.
As one of my Yoga Master Roshan said:
Yoga is about always let it go and always keep going.
Breathing is the only act which keeps your presence in every situation.
Focusing on your breath is the key to always letting things go and accept reality without lying to yourself. Anytime.
Breath gives you Freedom.
You dont need to react immediately. You have the Moment of Freedom which you can use to think or change your hard-wired habitual reaction.
Breath gives you integrity.
If you have the Moment of Freedom to think before you act, it forces you to act accordingly with your deepest inner values.
Breathe keeps you Present in each and every moment.
Breathe is your only equipment, tool and weapon to come back to neutral in every situation.
Practice breathing exercise and you gain control over your emotions, thoughts, acts and over your entire life.
Breathing exercises transform each and every moment into a Moment of Freedom.
Writing this eBook truly transformed my life.
And I hope it will transfer yours too.
You have probably found your way to this short e-book through signing up for my newsletter a http://yogisland.com or on Kindle. Either way, Im really glad that youre here.
I wrote this book because in the last 9 years I studied self-development from all perspective. And I was eagerly looking for a starting point.
This book is just a guide and the purpose of this guide is to do just the same: to guide you.
Those of you who are into Yoga, Meditation or Spirituality it might be a good starting or re-starting point.
Ill guide you through some thoughts. You are probably already aware of these things yourself.
Most of the Taoist, Buddhist and Eastern Philosophical truth work the exact same way.
Most of us, especially those who resonate with Eastern Philosophical views, already have these ideas.
But probably not as structured as we can read in some books.
There wont be any fancy-new-idea in this book as Eckhart Tolle, one of my master wrote in his book, The Power of Now.
I show you a simple way of the same-old wisdom which lives with humanity for hundreds or even thousands of years.
I tried to show these as digestible and as practical as possible.
I started my journey many times.
If youre somewhat like me, you might experienced that spiritual growth is not a one-time event. If you live in the Western World, you worry, stress and fear.
Even after so many close-to-enlightenment experiences you sometimes still find yourself falling back to the exact same thinking pattern.
And youre just wondering:
How is it possible? How can I worry today and find a hard time to fell asleep when just a couple of days ago I found such an inner piece that it seemed complete and unshakable?
I restarted my journey many times. As I see it now, looking back: the journey showed itself to me as continuously restarting pattern, kind of a spiral if you like.
I wanted to find a real solution.
I continuously read books after books on spiritual topics in the last decade.
I went to India to Yoga Teacher Training.
I was guiding Meditations both in English and Hungarian.
But still, sometimes I felt back and I felt I had to restart. Again and again.
Finally, I read especially uplifting books in the hardest period of my life when I was close to being homeless.
The main purpose of this book not just teach you Breathing Exercises. Of course, thats fancy skill so well get into that for sure.
The main purpose is to show you a practical way how you can build such a strong centre inside you that youll never ever need to restart.
I want to empower you for the rest of your life.
Many authors wrote excellent books on the topic of finding inner peace, enlightenment, being present and authenticity. Many of them are my Masters and I truly admire them.
The only missing point for me was something to stop this falling-back experience. I was craving something practical. Not just thoughts. I wanted something practical which I can put into practice any time I feel this falling-back experience.
I remember when I first met with Breathing Exercises in India. I almost started to laugh.
Even if I was into spirituality and Yoga for years that time I thought:
What a ridiculous BS? You teach me how to breathe when I do it continuously from day 0 of my life?
I know, shame on me not a really respectful thought for my Masters. But I have to admit it.
Later Breathing Exercises became The Tool for me. It doesnt require any equipment. You can do it when youre sick or weak. Morning or evening. Alone or in class.
Breathing always brings you back to your centre. Theres no such stress or worry which can take away your Freedom, Presence or force you to break your Authenticity.
Breathing is the shortest way to cut back, reduce and finally eliminate the Always-Falling-Back experience of spiritual growth and self-development.
Finally, let me share you that this is my main legacy. I feel after finishing this book I accomplished the most important thing in my entire life. Id say Im ready to die.
Even if Im happy to be alive, be present and breathe approximately 2000-2500 times a day.
Hope youll experience the same.
I wish you to live fully through your Greatest Self! I wish you a flawless joy during on your journey.
