Cassies beautiful book will help women end the tirade that we so often have with our inner critic, and get to a place of peace and self love. Sound grand? It is a grand journey, but through Cassies beautiful words and wisdom, she makes it seem possible for women to find their confidence, get the most from their energy, and finally realise their self-worth. Megan Dalla-Camina, Getting Real About Having It All
As a former perfectionist, Cassies book spoke to me from the very first page. As I move forward in my personal development journey, I understand that our only job is to gently and lovingly release our inner self-critic and give ourselves permission to be enough. Cassie has curated some brilliant tools to help you release those blocks, to allow ourselves to be perfectly imperfect.

Cassie does a wonderful job in You Are Enough of connecting the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components of self-worth, helping the reader to clear limiting beliefs and blocks, revealing the perfect, whole being youve always been in the process. Cassies toolkit steps the reader through change from a place of loving acceptance, rather than a place of pushing to be something other than the perfection you already are. Cassies beautiful creation You Are Enough will take you on a journey that traverses through the most common (but paralysing) blocks that keep us feeling flat, burnt out, unworthy and less than. And while it lovingly sheds light on these facets, You Are Enough then paves a clear path out of the woods, towards a life that feels free, flowing, and luminously on your own terms. It is a journey rich in self-discovery, of multiplying self-love, and uncovering and nurturing your acceptance of you (just as you are!).

Firstly, I am honoured to be writing a foreword to a book which I know would have changed my life for the better, some years ago. There are feelings of both nostalgia, at remembering the young woman I was who desperately needed whats within these very pages and hope, because its finally here for all of those women who desperately need it now. And its oh so required.
In my early twenties, after I had dragged myself through too-many-to-count, sick-inducing hangovers trying to fit in; after my thousandth deprivation diet had resulted in a binge through another bag of sweets, sitting in my car in my pajamas, in a 7-Eleven car park at 10am; after I had almost resigned myself to not being good enough to keep the man or attract the man; and right on the cusp of my sinking into career despair, because I didnt know what I wanted to be when I grew up, I began living my life as this very book coaches you to consider living your life.
