In this book, youll read about some of the secrets and mysteries that have greatly puzzled humankind, in some cases for centuries. Naturally, Ive always been fascinated with the unexplainedI dont think I need to go into every nuance of how Ive spent years researching and studying the phenomena that youre going to read about in these pages. Those of you who arent aware, take my word for it: Yes, Im a spiritual psychic and a student of theology, but my interest in the worlds secrets and ancient myths, as well as the afterlife, has been a continual and ongoing passion.
You may not agree with my arguments or research, and thats fine... just stay with me and see if more often than not, the time, the place, the historical implications, or the plain logic will bear out the truth of what I say. My psychic abilities also come heavily into play here to augment the intense research Ive done, but as Ive always said, Take with you what you want and leave the rest.
Ive personally visited most of the places where the mysteries in this book originate. Ive walked the paths and used myself as a psychic barometer first, and then Ive gone back to see if I could prove what I telepathically picked up using research, statistics, eyewitness accounts, and sometimes just good ol common sense. Many times, as youll see, Ive gone on a mystery hunt with tongue firmly planted in cheek, only to be knocked sideways with proof; while other times a sure thing turned out to be too shrouded in mythit was too unlikely, or there wasnt enough evidenceand I was too disappointed to put my stamp of approval on it.
The reason this book has been written at all was greatly due to Reid Tracy, president of Hay House (the publisher of this work). We were sitting over lunch one day, and I was regaling him with stories from Egypt and other locales Ive visited. Finally, he looked up at me and asked, Why dont you write about all these places youve been to and come up with your take on them?
