Thomas E. Hosinski received his doctorate in Christian theology from the University of Chicago Divinity School. He is associate professor of theology at the University of Portland, Oregon, where he has taught since 1978. He has published several articles on philosophical and systematic theology in scholarly books and journals and is currently serving as a consulting editor for the Dictionary of Theology and Society to be published by Routledge (England). He is a Roman Catholic priest.
