21 Ways to Worship is a delightful, practical, and profound read a much-needed gift for the Church! Though I have been a daily worshiper of the Blessed Sacrament for twenty-two years, I learned new ways to deepen my holy hour. This book will bless every reader in a unique and personal way. I highly recommend it.

In simple-to-understand language, Flynn offers sage advice on how to get the most out of your time with Jesus. I became so absorbed in reading 21 Ways of Worship that I had to finish it before retiring for the evening. It is an excellent book, not only for beginners, but for the more proficient as well. It has just the right balance of the informal, low-key approach with the traditional renditions of Scripture, tradition and doctrinal definitions. The authors personal conviction and profound grasp of the subject comes through without any sense of self-promotion. Congratulations on a work well done!

Many adoration chapels have small libraries where reading material is made available for those who come to worship and adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Vinny Flynns latest book 21 Ways to Worship deserves a spot on all those sacred shelves! It offers fresh insights into how to spend time with Jesus, and will greatly increase the readers love for our Eucharistic Lord.

How do we worship God? Scripture constantly reminds us to adore Him, but how? Help is on the way. 21 Ways to Worship opens Scripture and the rich tradition of the Church to reveal the secrets to profound and meaningful worship of God. This book not only provides the why but also the how.

Come, then, let us bow down and worship, bending the knee before the Lord, our maker. For he is our God, and we are his people, the flock he shepherds.

A nytime people start talking about Eucharistic Adoration, one question always seems to come up: A whole hour? Whatll I do for a whole hour?
The purpose of this little book is to present at least a partial answer to that question enough to encourage you to give it a try if youve never done it, or to offer some additional suggestions if youve already spent some time in Adoration and would like to experiment with more ways to pray while youre there.
I promise you an easy read nothing difficult here. Just a personal sharing of some of the things that have been most fruitful for me and that have helped me develop a more meaningful relationship with God. Each chapter offers you simple, specific ideas or methods to try. If they work for you, fine. If not, hopefully theyll inspire you to come up with some new ideas of your own.
Keep in mind that none of these suggested ways to pray are things you have to do or even ought to do. There really are no rules for what to do during Adoration, and if I could only tell you one thing in answer to the question of how to spend your hour, I would simply say, It doesnt matter. Just do it! Ignore any concerns, fears, doubts, or worries about what to do for an hour. Especially ignore any of the good reasons you may have about why you cant really fit it into your schedule. Just make it happen, and it will change your life in ways you cant even imagine.
