William A. Bales
William A. Bales is an Associate Professor of Sacred Scripture at Mount St. Marys Seminary in Emmitsburg, Maryland. A former Presbyterian pastor before his conversion to the Catholic Faith in 1990, he holds a Ph.D. in New Testament from The Catholic University of America and a Masters degree in Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he concentrated in Old Testament studies. Dr. Bales is also a Senior Fellow of The St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology in Steubenville, Ohio and Managing Editor of the Centers theological journal, Letter & Spirit . He and his wife Lisanne have six children and four grandchildren and live in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Michael Patrick Barber
Michael Patrick Barber is Professor of Theology and Scripture at John Paul the Great Catholic University in Escondido, CA. He has authored scholarly articles for academic journals (including Journal of Biblical Literature and Letter & Spirit ) and has published popular-level works on the Psalms and the Book of Revelation. He contributed the Catholic perspective to Four Views on the Role of Works at the Final Judgment (Zondervan Academic, 2013), edited by Alan Stanley and co-authored by James D. G. Dunn, Thomas R. Schreiner, and Robert N. Wilkin. With Senior Fellows of the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology, John Bergsma and Brant Pitre, Barber writes for the blog The Sacred Page (www.TheSacredPage.com). He lives in San Diego with his wife Kimberly and their four children.
Vincent P. DeMeo
Vincent P. DeMeo is an associate professor of the New Testament at the International Theological Institute in Trumau, Austria where he teaches courses in biblical theology, patristics, and biblical foundations to marriage and family theology. His published doctoral dissertation is titled Covenantal Kinship in John 13-17: A Historical-Narrative Approach (Vo1. 22; Rome: Ateneo Pontificio Regina Apostolorum Publishers, 2012) . Among giving lectures and writing several forthcoming articles, he is currently writing a book titled The Common Good in New Testament and Patristic Thought . He has also taught for Ave Maria University, Franciscan University of Steubenville, and, most recently, at Kolgium Antona Neuwirtha, Bratislava, Slovakia.
Scott W. Hahn
Scott W. Hahn, founder of the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology, holds the Father Michael Scanlan, TOR Chair of Biblical Theology and the New Evangelization at Franciscan University of Steubenville and serves as the McEssy Distinguished Visiting Professor of Biblical Theology at Mundelein Seminary of the University of Saint Mary of the Lake and as adjunct faculty at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome. He has held the Benedict XVI Chair of Biblical Theology and Liturgical Proclamation at St. Vincent Seminary in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Hahn is the general editor of the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible and Catholic Bible Dictionary, and is author or editor of more than thirty books, including Politicizing the Bible: The Roots of Historical Criticism and the Secularization of Scripture 1300-1700 (2013), Consuming the Word: The New Testament and The Eucharist in the Early Church (2013), Kinship By Covenant: A Canonical Approach to the Fulfillment of Gods Saving Promises (The Anchor Yale Bible Reference Library, 2009), Covenant and Communion: The Biblical Theology of Pope Benedict XVI (2009), Letter and Spirit: From Written Text to Living Word in the Liturgy (2005), and The Kingdom of God as Liturgical Empire: A Theological Commentary on 1-2 Chronicles (2012).
