Acknowledgements
I would like to express my very great appreciation to Daniel Priestley for helping me to become a Key Person of Influence and my book coach and publisher Mindy Gibbins-Klein who provided the formula for getting the job done. I am particularly grateful to the author John Williams for writing Screw Work Lets Play.
I would also like to extend my thanks to Michael (my wonderful illustrator) who put up with my perfectionist leanings and to my book reviewers who offered their time David Irvine, Debbie Kraft, Dem Saltmarsh, James Lovegrove, Julie Gilbert-King, Juliette Clark, Nicola Argent and Tracy Wallis and to all my wonderful clients who invited me to share their stories and pictures Ann, Donald, Edie, Elizabeth, Elly, Lizzy, Loz, Rose and Ruth.
Finally I wish to thank my parents, Mum and Dick my international linguists whose love has been a constant and Nic who has been my rock, never once complaining (well maybe once) of the endless texts and emails.
