For many years now I have been studying the principles of the power of the imagination and the Law of Attraction. I have studied the works of many of the great teachers on metaphysics, scriptures and spiritual and mystical matters. It was during these studies that a little over five years ago I was first introduced to the works of Neville Goddard, and it was at last at this time that I truly began to experience the power of my imagination.

Neville was like no other teacher I had encountered and his principles broke apart the laws of the universe like no other, offering me profound insight into the various ways our mind attracts and creates the reality we live in. It was the first time I had ever heard the phrase, the whole vast world is only yourself pushed out.

What does this mean? It means that you and you alone are responsible for every circumstance and every event that you encounter in your life, and that every person you encounter can only act the way you perceive them to be, in other words your expectation of who they are, causes them to act the way they do around you. If you think and believe a person is nasty and miserable then that is how they act towards you, on the other hand if you think and believe a person to be lovely and charming, then that is the way they will act towards you, your perception of them is all you will ever see, as the whole vast world is only yourself pushed out.

The only way you can change your outer world is to learn and master your inner game, when you change your inner state your outer world will, and must follow it is a universal law.

This small book will help you to do just that, it begins with a few quotes on Nevilles core teaching and then beyond that to extracts from Nevilles lecture - Order your Conversations Alright, describing the creative power of Inner Talking and concludes with techniques for practical application of Nevilles teaching. I have also added at the end of the book as a bonus, Neville Goddards 1955 Lecture, Mental Diets in its entirety.

If you learn these techniques of Nevilles then your life will change as you will be changing your inner state. In order for them to work you must apply them, knowing them will do nothing; the power is in the persistent application and practice of these principles. If you apply them you will master your inner game and achieve your every desire.

Throughout the book you will find my insights and further explanations on Nevilles teachings and suggestions on actively putting it to use, in the hope that it gives you a deeper understanding of the methods and principles.

Nevilles words are in italics and my insights and suggestions are in normal font clearly stating insight.

If you fully apply the information contained within this book you will be on your way to changing your life and become the master of your fate.

Neville Lancelot Goddard was born on 19 th February 1905 in St. Michael, Barbados in the British West Indies; he was the fourth child in a family of nine boys and one girl.

Neville left his home land to travel to the United States to study drama at age seventeen and became a dancer and toured with his dance company, in one such tour he travelled to England and became fascinated with metaphysics. Upon his return to the United States he gave up his dancing career in order to commit himself full time to the study of spiritual and mystical matters.

It was around this time that he was introduced to his mentor and teacher, Abdullah who taught him Hebrew, the Kabbalah and the hidden symbolic meaning of Scripture. It was through these teachings that Neville first learned the power of the imagination.

In the 1950s, Neville began giving a series of talks on television and radio, and for many years lectured on the subjects of The Law and The Promise to capacity audiences at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in the 1960s and early 1970s.

Neville also wrote several books on the power of imagination, including Feeling Is the Secret, The Power of Awareness, Your Faith Is Your Fortune, The Law and The Promise, and more.

Neville Goddard died at the age of 67 on October 1 st , 1972; his teachings however will live forever.

To attempt to change circumstances before I change my own imaginal activity is to struggle against the very nature of my own being, for my own imaginal activity is animating my world. If I believe that I am injured or that others are against me, I have conjured them in my world, and they have to be against me. If I fully believe that all are working towards the fulfilment of my good, they have to work towards the fulfilment of my good. I dont ask them. I dont compel them. I simply do it only within myself, and the whole vast world exists within me. Therefore, it is myself pushed out. Its objectified. I dont have to change affairs; I only change it within myself, and then everyone, though I know him or not by name, it doesnt really matter, its myself pushed out. - Neville Goddard

Read these words carefully. They are not my words; they are the inspired words of men who discovered that consciousness is the only reality. If I am hurt, I am self-hurt. There is no one but this I AMness that does all. You cannot find a cause outside of your own consciousness. Your world is a grand mirror constantly telling you who you are. As you meet people, they tell you by their behaviour who you are. Neville Goddard

A little practice will convince us that we can, by controlling our imagination, reshape our future in harmony with our desire. Desire is the mainspring of action. We could not move a single finger unless we had a desire to move it. No matter what we do, we follow the desire which at the moment dominates our minds. When we break a habit, our desire to break it is greater than our desire to continue the habit. Neville Goddard

You cant get away from your own imagination. You cant get away from it, because thats your own being. That is the reality. But it suffers with you. He is the Lord Jesus Christ within you. Now, test Him tonight. Test Him for the good. Do you want a better job when they say they are letting people out? Forget what the papers say. Forget what anything says. All things are possible to the Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 19:26) If you dont have enough money, forget what the paper says, You assume that you have it. All things are possible to God. (Matthew 19:26) He sets no limits whatsoever on the power of believing. Can you believe it? Well, try to believe it. Try to believe, first of all, in God. Well, God is your own imagination. Well, believe in Him; that whatever you can imagine is possible. Can you imagine that you have now the kind of a job that you want? The income that would come from it? The fun in the doing of the work? Well, then, walk as though it were true; and, to the best of your ability, believe that its true. And that assumption, though denied by your senses, though the world would say it is false; if you persist in it, it will harden into fact. This is the law of your own wonderful imagining.
