This book is dedicated to the great company of prophets whom God is raising up in these last days, to the multitude of Christians who have heard the voice of God and want to fulfill His personal word to them, and to those pastors and Christian leaders who need guidelines for counseling people about prophets and personal prophecy.

Heartfelt appreciation is given to my wife, Evelyn, for her encouragement for me to finish the book and her willingness to play second fiddle to the book until it was finished, to the Christian International staff for carrying on the CI ministry while their president was writing, and to those obedient vessels who kept prophesying the book to be written.
